If you have a heart condition, history of stroke, epilepsy, are pregnant, or have experienced panic attacks or other serious health challenges, it’s best to choose the Heal Class, which offers a much softer and more restorative style of breathwork.
And of course, if you’re ever unsure, please consult with your healthcare practitioner before joining, it’s always the best step to make sure you’re practicing safely. 💙
