1. About the Service

MyBreathworks offers guided breathwork sessions in person in Limassol, Cyprus. Sessions are facilitated by a certified breathwork facilitator trained by HALE, Stockholm.

2. Health & Safety

Breathwork is a powerful practice. By booking a session, you confirm that you are in good general health and have no conditions that may be contraindicated for breathwork, including but not limited to: epilepsy, heart disease, history of stroke, cardiovascular conditions, severe anxiety disorders, pregnancy, or recent surgery. If you are unsure, please consult your doctor before booking.

Breathwork is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

3. Waiver of Liability

Participation in breathwork sessions is voluntary. MyBreathworks and its facilitators are not liable for any physical or emotional responses that may arise during or after a session.

4. Bookings & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your spot is only confirmed once payment is completed.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session will receive a full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session and no-shows are non-refundable.

6. Changes to Sessions

MyBreathworks reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a full credit or refund will be offered.
